Each bar contains a blend of carefully selected ingredients known for their lactogenic properties and nutritional benefits. These include natural rolled oats for fiber and carbohydrates, fenugreek to increase milk production, brewers yeast for protein and vitamins, mixed seeds for healthy fats and fiber, and dairy-free dark chocolate for antioxidants.
