Fantastic product! It’s great to have an iron supplement that doesn’t affect my IBS. The only drawback is I find it a bit sweet for my personal taste, but I suspect that isn’t a common complaint…

    providing iron: 24mg | 109% NRV
  • Magnesium ascorbate: 118mg
    providing Vitamin C: 100mg | 100% NRV
  • L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate: 385μg 
    providing Vitamin B9: 100mg | 100% NRV
  • Methylcobalamin: 2,5mg
    providing Vitamin B12: 5μg | 208% NRV

Drink 1 sachet per day. Dissolve contents of the sachet in ±100ml water or juice and drink.
